Post Open Hysterectomy, loss of lower ureter, presented as pain, fever and leucocytosis
Percutaneous Nephrostomy was done and referred for further management
Picture of Nephrostogram was showing sudden cut off of the ureter below the iliac crossing
6 weeks later Robot assisted procedure was performed
Patient was in semi lateral position, Robot docked obliquely
Post operatively, orally allowed after 8 hours
Discharged with Foley catheter after 36 hours
Stent removed after 8 weeks
DTPA after 4 weeks of stent removal, good drainage
